Courier and Processing
In stock Diamond Days’ pieces are couriered within 10 business days. Most “Custom made for you” pieces are estimated to require 6-8 weeks for production. All pieces have their production time listed, so be sure to check the product page description.

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewellery requires a signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Diamond Days due to multiple failed delivery attempts).
Average shipping times:
- FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- *We currently only deliver within South Africa
Final Sales Policy
Purchases are final
All purchases are final. If you are unsure of your size or have questions about our pieces, feel free to email or chat with the DD team who can guide you in the right direction.
If there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If applicable, a refund may be approved by Diamond Days due to a manufacturing defect.
Resizing (Rings) and Repairs
Gifted or purchased the wrong ring size? We’ve got resizing for that – please contact us at email@example.com.
If you damage your Diamond Days piece, we will be happy to repair it for an additional charge plus shipping & handling. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance and more information.
