Shipping policy

In stock Diamond Days’ pieces will be couriered within 5 business days. For custom made pieces, or items not in stock, please allow 6-8 weeks for production and delivery.

COURIER

Once your piece is complete and released for delivery, we will contact you with the tracking details. Note that all jewellery requires signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Diamond Days due to multiple failed delivery attempts).
